Valentine's Day Nail Art with Barielle

Barielle is having a Valentine's Day nail art contest on their Facebook, and I wanted to show you my entry! You definitely want to go to their Facebook and enter too, because they are giving away a 5 pack of nail polish to the winner (photo with the most 'likes').

I've always been a fan of purple and red together, so that is what I had in mind for this look. I used "Beaches & Dreams" for my base with "Rio's Rockin Bands" and "Lindsay's Dancin" for the accents. I used a striping brush for the stripes, and a tiny nail art brush to freehand the hearts on. Not exactly perfect, but I was pretty happy with how they turned out. Of course, I used my trusty dotting tool to put the polka dots on ;)  :
